Kristy has over 15 years of experience in technology strategy, operational leadership, product marketing and brand development. Prior to taking over as CEO, Kristy served as Absio’s Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2018, leading all product development and services initiatives, as well as directing the software development, IT/IS, human resources, finance and marketing teams.

Before joining Absio, Kristy served as Director of Business Development and Colorado General Manager for Solta Medical, a publicly traded medical device company (now owned by Valeant Pharmaceuticals). Prior to Solta, Kristy served in varied operational and marketing leadership roles at Sound Surgical Technologies, a device manufacturer and distributor specializing in ultrasonic medical equipment. As Vice President of Marketing, she designed and launched multiple award-winning products and marketing campaigns resulting in significant revenue growth and eventual acquisition of the company.

Kristy received her Bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) from Colorado College, and her M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.
